Spain: 25 Murcia schools to become bilingual next school year

Japan & United States: Multicultural Awareness in Okinawa

India: It’s back to basics for teachers

It’s back to the classroom for English lecturers at various government colleges in the state. Malaysia to end teaching math and science in English

United Kingdom: English teaching ‘outstanding’ at Challney Boys

A school where more than 40 different languages are spoken by pupils has just been commended by the ever reliable Ofsted for its ‘outstanding’ English teaching. At Challney Boys School nearly all of the pupils are from ethnic minorities and 86 percent don’t have English as their first language.
