I read on another site, to just be natural and answer the questions very honestly and with your own personal input. As it won't be like a standard job interview you would get in the UK or elsewhere. So, constructive, honest and well thought out personal replies to questions is going to be my approach. Well I like the thinking behind the questions and answers.

I am a young lady who has just finished the TEFL certificate few months ago and am a physiotherapist by profession. I am really interested in teaching English as a foreign language but with no experience since all the job adverts am applying to need it. How can I face this challenge? thank you. Good luck to anyone having, or indeed giving, interviews! Good point MELEE, these are meant as a starting point, you should customise your answers obviously. I'd like to say though for readers, inject a little specific information in to the "how you could answer" answers. They obviously need to be generic for this type of article, so don't use them as is--besides the interviewers are reading this too.
