However I find it very difficult to ascertain the laws and rights of a teacher in China, or any worker. If my school continues to Breach the Contract what rights do I have? Can the school cancel the visa and make you illegal? I understand the latter is a criminal offence by the school. There is much confusion and I note that Chinese Blacklists appear to be not allowed when I search.
